Smooth process - After an initial call with the internal recruiter I came in for an in-person interview (~1 hr long) with one of the partners. Met with them for a second in-person interview (~3 hours long) and met some of the team members; everyone was awesome. Lastly, a final call with the partner.

1) applied through Indeed 2) internal recruiter called me next day. Spoke about my background and the company’s culture and history. Spoke about training period and compensation. 3) phone interview with office manager. Normally this would be in person but I was living out of the country. Spoke more about why I was interested in recruiting, and the pros and cons about the industry. Talked more about company incentives and opportunities for success 4) in person meeting with office manager, team leader and other staff member. Continued to discuss pros and cons and how my experience would add to the company.
