There was a fairly long questionnaire and presentation required for the interview. I spend a substantial amount time to create the content for the interview. When I finally met the hiring manager, he was rushed and didn't give me the chance to actually walk him though the content. I spent at least 2 days working on the required content to prepare for this hour call. It felt disrespectful.
