My interview was set up with the hiring manager thru an external recruiting company. The interview was very straightforward, a review of my resume and some scenario- based questions where I was asked to elaborate on my past experience. There were a couple of candidates involved and before i got to the next step, my recruiting partner informed me that the company elected to move forward with a candidate they found on their own. This is a very solid company, a true leader in their field and put a lot of effort into clinical research and data about their products. I got the sense that they have a good sense of business ethics as well.
