The Straumann family of employees ALL welcomed me with care and respect, from the friendly receptionist who greeted me at each visit to the executive team and everyone in between. My journey began with the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and I can honestly say he made me feel like I was the only professional he was considering, which is incredible for a billion dollar company. I genuinely felt like I was a valued prospect at every single interaction. The level of personal attention that I received throughout a 3 month span of courtship made a process that is typically stressful truly enjoyable (and as weird as it may sound it was fun!). It can't be coincidence when you interact with nearly 20 different professionals in a company and every single one makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. I even felt included in the funny background stuff that molds a group of employees into a family. This is a group of professionals with the potential to change the world - and they are!
