She appeared pleased with our interview and stated she was recommending me to move forward. Recv’d Teams meeting request to meet 3 members of the leadership team. Interview was extremely pleasant and stress free. The ladies were nice and interview was more like a conversation. They expressed teamwork a lot and of course integrity. Next day recv’d another message from recruiter asking to meet with VP and director again. That interview was very informal and quick. A couple days later I recv’d a tentative offer and began my background check and reference check. Next day recv’d official offer letter and set to start soon. Entire process took about 2-3 weeks.
