The interview process was straight forward and professional. My interviewer was very organized and knew what he was looking for. The first interview was a 45-minute phone interview followed by an hour in-person interview.

Question 1
Name a time when you had to do something that wasn't part of your job description.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at StretchLab (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2023
Interview
The worst interview process I have ever experienced. I first interviewed Mid March 2023, 2 phone interviews then an in person interview the week after. They said they wanted to hire someone ASAP to get them on payroll. I was told there would be a decision first week of April 2023. Between April 1st and June 30th 2023 they didn’t reach out a single time. I continue to follow up and was given an answer that a decision would be made “next week”. They finally reached out June 15th 2023 for me to come in, which I assumed to offer me a job. This meeting turned into a 4th interview and they wanted to set up a 5th interview. I was told I would be given an answer the following week. I followed up a week later after not hearing anything but didn’t get a response. A week on July 3rd 2023 after I followed up, the response I was given was “we sent you an email two weeks ago, we might not have the correct email”. They did indeed have the correct email but I never received anything (in junk or spam either). A 4th month process with ZERO communication and being told misinformation.
