Interview
You initially get invited for a phone interview to discuss your background, then if you're invited for an in-person interview it will consist of a 30min practical interview stretching the Lead Flexologist, followed by a 30min more traditional question & answer interview style.

Q: Discuss a time you've dealt with a difficult client or customer. Q: What is your experience with one-on-one assisted stretching?
Very casual, not a lot of interview questions, more so getting to know goals and expectations from both sides, like how long I expect to keep my employment there, what my next career goals are, and where that leaves StretchLab etc

What my availability is like and if I was willing to travel to another location.
I had an initial Zoom screening with one of the owners, and then in person interview at the studio a few days later. I had to demonstrate a couple of stretches that I was shown by the employee.
It was straight forward with lots of opportunities for questions. Job is primarily focused on knowledge of anatomy and fitness. It helps to have a background in fitness or health industry.
