I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at StretchLab (Greenville, NC) in Jun 2023
Interview
It was very professional, timely and managers were good communicators. A phone screening was first and then in-person. They followed up after the interview. The process was simple and straight forward.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at StretchLab in Mar 2025
Interview
Interview was done via webcam call. It lasted approximately 30 minutes. Standard interview questions. Manager was very kind and personable. However their schedule was all over the place. I am a very flexible person but the fact that you never know what your schedule will look like even slightly in advance was a major concern for me. It makes it difficult especially if you want to plan things in your life, appointments, trips, etc. It would be good for someone who has no other responsibilities in their life. The training was also 1 week shadowing and 1 week practicing, then you'd be on your own managing the front desk. I was really sad because the team seems like wonderful people especially management.
