Applied online and got a request for a zoom interview the next day. The interviewer was incredibly kind and it was a very easy interview as long as you are qualified for the job/have ever worked in a similar position before. The part that made me frustrated though is that, as the interview was progressing, I could tell that something felt off, and I asked if the role of "supervisor" was any different than the role of an associate and was told that there was actually no difference and the position was not really what had been advertised. I was offered another meeting with the General Manager, but ended up declining to continue because of the discrepancies (as well as the pay being $2.50 an hour less than my current job)
