Overall, this was a pleasant and low-pressure interview. Everyone I spoke with was warm and easy to talk to. The conversation flowed naturally, and there were no difficult or unexpected questions thrown at me.But I need to be honest with myself about one thing: they never really went through my experience.No one asked me to walk through a specific project. No follow-up questions on results or numbers. No "tell me about a time when" moments. The conversation stayed surface-level the whole time — more like a get-to-know-you chat than a real evaluation.
