They use a company called HireView where you have two chances to record your answer to typed out interview questions. They are timed. If you move on there is a virtual interview.

Stride Inc Learning Solutions K12 asked interview questions about topics such as maintaining academic rigor, creating an inviting environment, using and analyzing student data, and relating to students in an online platform.
Completed an online video interview where I answered four questions. I had two minutes of recording time for each answer, and there were only two chances to record each answer. Still waiting to hear back about an in-person interview weeks later.
Receiving a prescribing interview, never heard back. Was hoping to at least hear that i wasnt selected so I didnt continue to wait on word from them. I understand they have a lot of applicants but my time is valuable too.
After application you can be selected for a virtual recorded interview. They ask about 4 questions and they are all simply you alone recording them to send, you are timed. Then if selected they will schedule and actual, person-to-person, virtual interview and possibly make an offer
