Interview
A one way video interview, followed by an exceptionally easy technical assessment and finally a panel interview. The hiring team at Stride is painfully slow. I interviewed initially in early September, completed a technical assessment in 24 hours after passing the first interview, and was sent interview times to be voted on. I selected yes to all but one time and I was scheduled for a completely different time a month and a half later. After completing that interview I was given good feedback and was told I'd hear back the week after. After following up 10 days after the interview I was sent a generic rejection letter despite having spoken to and contacted many members of the team. Frankly it felt really disrespectful and I am glad I have had the experience of being ghosted before and I never stopped searching for a job. If you get an interview take it, because why not, and then keep searching.
