Positive experience, every interviewer was prepared, respectful, and genuinely interested in my experiences. The process is highly repetitive: Be prepared to discuss the same 2-3 core scenarios from your past experience multiple times, across the written assessment and multiple interview rounds.

Question 1
Recruiter Screening: initial call to discuss my background, Some behavioural questions were asked and recommended to prepare examples.
Written Assessment: Prompt 1: Drafting an email and meeting agenda to handle an undocumented process. Prompt 2: Detailed examples of challenging investigations using the STAR method.
Hiring Manager Interview: Tell me about yourself. Time you went above and beyond. Major challenge example. Weaknesses
Behavioral & Cultural Interview: A video interview with a senior team member based in a different country. This round focused almost entirely on Stripe's Operating Principles: Scenarios about navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and handling misunderstandings with colleagues.
Technical Interview with another team member: Discussion of the most complex investigations from my past.
