The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Stripe
Interview
Lengthy, dragged-out process. Candidly I felt like I wasted my time and energy with this company. Completed the full loop and then was given a vague feedback by the recruiter over the phone that the team didn't see a fit. Stripe is quickly gaining a negative reputation here in the industry that they are in over their head with their recruiting process of entry-level jobs. A lot of people take title demotions and perhaps pay cuts to work here (in hopes of the speculated IPO), which might partly explain this phenomenon of unrealistic expectations of candidates.
Beware if you decide to proceed with them. I will advise you to only apply and treat this seriously if you are objectively over-qualified for the role, with 100% exact experience in this industry. I didn't get a sense that Stripe is interested in or able to hire for potential right now given the messiness of the organization, so they are hiring for experience.

Question 1
Pretty standard behavioural questions. They are looking for picture-perfect answers, so make sure you buff up on these.
