Interview
Unfortunately, the candidate experience was disappointing. After applying and having initial contact with a recruiter, communication stopped entirely—even after polite follow-up emails. There was no update or closure, which reflects poorly on Stripe’s recruiting standards and respect for candidates’ time.
Advice to Management:
Stripe should monitor its Talent Acquisition (TA) team more closely and enforce clear SLA and KPI targets for candidate communication. Every applicant deserves timely feedback or at least acknowledgment, especially after engagement has started. A great company reputation should extend to how it treats potential employees.

The best company I have interviewed with. The interviewers were very friendly. The recruiter was also super nice. They leave the prompts vague as they want to test your curiosity. I think overall I really enjoyed interviewing for Stripe. They test you on real life stuff + they always answer your questions related to the job, onboarding.
They were very communicative throughout the process (from day 1 to offer).
Stripe moves quick so if you’re interviewing, they’d give you feedback either the same day or next!
