Pretty straight forward and quick process. 1 phone call with recruiter followed by an at-home task to be done in a couple days, and then 3x30 min interviews with hiring managers all scheduled back-to-back. Good news from recruiter immediately after final interview and official offer few days later.

Ability to take on feedback was huge for them, especially as it was a role I had not done before. How had I encountered and reacted to feedback in the past?
Phone screen with a recruiter, 4-5 questions about the role. Questions were regarding how to prospect for clients, what challenges you have been through and how you overcame them. Also what makes you want to work for Stripe
