Recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, assignment + presentation to talk about it, then a final round onsite on one day with 3 diff interviewers (technical storytelling, project behavioral, technical round) After some reflection I’ll say that I think the only reason I didn’t get an offer is because I don’t fit the profile of what they think an engineer is supposed to look like (the recruiter said I met all the requirements and did well and was clearly technical enough but the answers I gave “didn’t have enough metrics”) which speaks to a toxic and misogynistic work culture and the glassdoor reviews back that up. If you’re insufferable, really good at talking about yourself and have an inflated sense of your own ego you’ll probably get an offer
