I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stripe (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2017
Interview
About 6-7 interviews + a written assignment, a combo of onsite and VC/phone interviews.
The team is nice and the working environment seemed great, though the recruiter kept sending emails after 6PM which suggests questions marks around work life balance.
Interviewers were mostly nice, trying to leave a positive impression of Stripe, but a few of them showed lack of interest and didn't give chance to ask questions.
Stripe seems to have group decision-making process when hiring however towards the end of my interviews (I have done all rounds) I felt like it was already a formality - they must have found someone suitable and may have been following with other candidates up to appear "fair".

Question 1
How would you go about determining the health of a sales pipeline? Recommend strategies to turn it around
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stripe (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2020
Interview
HR phone screen, interview with hiring manager, work sample project, then interview with team member. After being told I made it to next rounds, the recruiter at Stripe ghosted me and I was sent a form letter a month later with a rejection and an invite to rate their hiring process. Poor candidate experience. I don't recommend wasting your time with Stripe when there are so many better companies out there.

Written test - given 1 week to submit answers
30 min. discussion over VC about the written test answers
HR call to schedule onsite interview.
