I have no clue what they're looking for as both myself and three other colleagues I know got shut out with no feedback after completing their homework assignment that took entirely too much time. I'm all for interview assignments, but they need to be part of the on-site/post on-site interview evaluation. I get that they're the hotness right now, but they need to streamline their screeing process instead of passing everyone along only to waste our time in another screening that is an assignment that eats up many hours.
Really long process, including recruiter screen, initial hiring manager convo, take home assignment, assignment presentation, final loop with multiple stakeholders, then reference check. Feels like the team isn’t clear on what they’re looking for given the extensive length of the process and repetitive nature of the questions. Everyone seems smart and capable. Recruiter for this team is extremely unresponsive but helpful when you can get ahold of him.

Initial screening with recruiter went well. Unfortunately, there was no follow up following the call. I am continuing to apply to their open roles. The recruiter was really nice and asked mostly behavioral questions.
Recruiter was really great. Spoke to the hiring manager for the role and she was an absolute mess -- late, unprepared, impatient, rude, and could not answer basic questions. Very surprised by the experience.
