I only did a hiring manager screen and then was asked to complete a project, which I spent much more than the suggested "several" hours on. The next step was to walk through the presentation over Zoom, which was not a particularly enjoyable experience, as the interviewer provided little live feedback on my responses. In the end, no next steps, but detailed feedback from the recruiter which I appreciated.
