Very slow process with multiple rounds that went on for months. Understandably, leadership roles have long interview cycles but 4 months seems excessive for non execs. Recruiters do a good job of preparing you for the interviews. Everyone was smart and hungry for impact, but also really nice and kind - with the exception of 2 people that were recent hires (last 6 months) that were borderline condescending. My advice: keep the interview process tighter and do not deprioritize values alignment if you want to maintain culture. Very hard to do when the company grows fast but IMO critical.
