The process started with a phone screen with a manager, then a recruiter call (non-evaluative), then 4 onsites, one with a director. Last was an offer decision from the recruiter
The overall process was awful. I thought things were off to a great start, but slowly Stripe's reputation came through. For one, I didn't have on sole recruiter who I could ask questions or get a timeline from. Two, the panel interview felt very "gotcha" and if you didn't answer exactly the way that the interviewer wanted you to, it immediately dinged you. It was incredibly cold and odd. Lastly, I noticed that the department wasn't very diverse and felt like the "cool kids" table at a high school. So, if you talked and looked like them, you'll get in - if not, good luck.

Question 1
One of the questions was around how I handled priorities, since they're really keen on that.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Stripe
Interview
I only had a phone screening, but was told the full process would include 5 interviews, which I find way too much. I was also told that the length of the process could reach up to 6 months.

Question 1
Types of roles I recruited for, involvement in process management initiatives
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stripe in Oct 2023
Interview
My experience was rather poor. Each step of the way, the recruiters and managers were late by 5 minutes or more - including the initial interview in which the recruiting manager did not even show up and had to reschedule.
There were three, 30 minute interviews so when the interviewers show up late, it doesn't exactly give you enough time to chat about your experience. Also speaks to an unorganized internal process.

Question 1
Questions were based around their internal organizational principles but there was no prep time, no explanation on what to expect, etc.
