I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stripe in Jul 2022
Interview
Short call with talent acquisition, standard.
Then given a ‘written assignment’ which included analysing a dataset and putting 4/5 slides together which answered some questions. Also two sql questions. Given 5 days to do this but encouraged to do it in less.
While the assignment was pretty standard for a role like this, doing all that analysis and not getting to present it was strange.
Never come across a situation where you write down your insights and not present them, so I thought this stage didn’t represent real life.

Question 1
Describe a time where you had to persuade stakeholders of the value your insights? How did you go about doing this and what was the outcome?
Took approx a month for the whole interview process, lots of rounds, also very varied rounds. not the most difficult but lots of scrutiny. w0uld 100% recommend applying like right now.
Very fast, straight forward, lots of communication at every step. I heard back fast from HR and they were flexible with scheduling new meetings. Requirements were also clear and communicated.
Interview process was straightforward- mainly personality Qs, enjoyed every bit of it. I recommend people study about the business beforehand as they will have questions regarding that matter. The offer came around 2 weeks after by call and email.
