Great call with recruiter who reached out for initial call. Though I had overlapping experience, not clear why it didn't proceed to interviews. I wish there had been some feedback for better candidacy in the future.

Interview
Regret spending as much time as I did prepping for the interview here. Although my interviewers were fairly positive and engaging, I spent about 10 hours on a take-home assignment. I performed pretty strongly on all interviews but was a bit unstructured in one, while still answering the question very well. I regret spending the time to do a take-home when it didn't seem to move the needle on my interview performance. Recruiter told me I was an ideal candidate and the hiring manager was really excited about me, then ghosted me through most of the process. Maybe he was on vacation or something.
