Interview
First, I'd like to say that they have an incredible HR team, that is fast and responsive, helpful and kind. On the other hand, I would advise anyone that has a college degree + technical knowledge to avoid this position at all cost. It is a glorified customer service job, the recruitment process is very lengthy and interviewers other than HR, were very rude.
The technical interview will be with someone that is most likely less qualified than you but will have an extremely condescending tone. My interviewer made two big technical mistakes when asking the questions and did not like that I pointed them out, even though the interview consists of finding errors... On top of that, the interview does not reflect how a candidate would perform at the job AT ALL. The final round is more behavioral and overall okay.
Again, do not waste your time if you have a product or technical background, this role simply involves responding to tickets back to back from customers having issues with Stripe and the role is viewed as a customer service role within the tech space so little to no opportunity to move up in a more advanced position. Do research on what type of profiles work this job on Linkedin at Stripe to get a better feel of the role.

Interview
HR -> Line Manager -> Take home assignment -> tech round -> final loop round
The interview experience is SUPREME horrible and inconsistent, all due to the HR.
the most uncomfortable experience: I entered zoom meeting, no one there, then HR suddenly tell me reschedule to 10 days later without any explanation.
1. the hr is confused about the order of interview
2. in-responsive, never reply to any of the email
3. even I pass tech round, no response for next round arrangement
4. The HR arrange the same tech round, after the HR told me that I pass the tech round already
5. Forget to build up applicant profile, even the HR realise this after my second last round. I need to help the HR to track my interview process.
Fortunately, the HR's job has been suspended
Overall, the interview is very easy but HR is horrible, super horrible.
You are disgrace this great company

Interview
The interview process lasted about one month and during this time period, I did three rounds of interviews. First was the recruiter round. Shortly after passing that, I was given a take home assignment consisting data analysis and written portion (estimated time spent: 3 hrs to generate a good report). after one week later, I was told I passed and will be moving to a live technical troubleshooting. It took one extra week to schedule that. After completing the live interview, I waited for one more week and was finally rejected. Overall, the process was very slow but on the bright side you have lots of time to prepare. Btw please do not be like me and study for 5 hours and on top of that, take a sql course to prepare for the live interview. You will only need to know very basic sql and look at the API docs for at most one hour to prepare yourself. no need to memorize anything from API docs, but you should familarize with the doc so you know where to look

Interview
It was a very straight forward process and always make sure to lean into your recruters. They want you to nail the interview. They provide you essentially everything that will be in the interview leading up to the interview itself.
