I applied via LinkedIn and was invited to an initial HR interview, then followed by a take-home assignment. After passing the assignment, I was invited for a technical interview. (Tip: If you study the materials HR provides, you’ll be good to go.)
After that, I was invited for the two final interviews: one with the hiring manager and one with peers. Before these, HR scheduled an additional prep meeting, sharing guidance on what to expect (don't expect it will be 100% align though). The final interviews were largely behavioral, exploring my past experience and how it matched the company culture.
In the end, I wasn’t selected due to "irrelevant experience" (I was a Product Manager). They were looking for someone with an exact match in experience (I have experience handling complaints through calls and interviews, but not specifically in writing, and they were looking for someone with written complaint-handling experience). So, if your background doesn’t align perfectly, it might be worth reconsidering the time and effort invested to avoid rejection over details that are already clear on your CV/introduction.
After receiving the results, I requested specific feedback for clarity but, unfortunately, did not receive a reply. Overall, it was a good hiring process, though the final judgment felt a bit unfair (maybe just because I didn’t get the job, haha).
