I was recruited on LinkedIn. There was 1 phone screen, then followed by a loop of 5 interviews, 4 of which were technical. The interviews focused heavily on native development in a mobile language.
I specialize in a different aspect of low-level mobile development... but none of the interviews delved into that so I would say I only did "okay"on the technical interviews. I was told I could choose whatever language to interview in because they were language gnostic, so I chose C++.
It didn't matter, after the phone screen the rest of my interviews were in Kotlin which I have less experience in. Overall I would say the experience would have been positive but they spent a lot of time delving into Kotlin when I indicated upfront my strongest language was C++.
