Lenthy interview process, but they tell you what to prepare for so it cuts down on the prep time. Recruiter was very engaged throughout. Team is heavy with Microsoft and Amazon alumni, which is neither good nor bad but I heard a lot of "this is how we did it...."

They have you write a go to market brief. It was interesting because all my experience is in B2B and I would say they have a lot of people there who didn't "build" things at other companies but managed GTM processes once they were in place. It's different mindset, I wish I would have thought that through.
They also weren't leveraging basic AI tools in the marketing stack.

Interview
The recruiting leader was fabulous. She knew the business well, was gracious in sharing her Stripe journey while also asking fair, well educated questions.
The hiring manager was a bit more reserved, but sharp, professional and exchanged good dialogue regarding our discussion points.
While surprised the process didn't continue, I enjoyed the experience and it reinforced my belief that Stripe is a fair, progressive company with smart, good employees.
