I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stripe in May 2025
Interview
I appreciated the opportunity to connect, but the initial interview raised some concerns. The conversation felt one sided and did not offer meaningful insight into the role or how I might contribute. I left feeling more like I’d been pitched than invited into a professional dialogue. I didn’t come away with a clearer understanding of the position, team dynamics, or company values, just that the founders are considered “the greatest minds in tech,” which, without substance, felt more culty than comforting. Overall, it gave the impression that cultural fit might mean drinking gallons of kool-aid without space for genuine dialogue or individuality.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stripe (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2025
Interview
First you have a recruiter phone call that lasts around 15 min and they'll just evaluating fit with the role's description. Then you have a Hiring Manager call (fully behavioral). After this you're sent a take-home case called Account Planning Review and need to present it to a current CSM posing as Stripe senior leadership (here's where I fell off). After this, you're in a super day of 5 or so interviews.
