Recruiter reached out to me and asked if I would be keen to interview. Set up an interview over their online booking system which was easy enough. On the day, the interviewer turned up late on Zoom, didn’t seem prepared and didn’t know what questions to ask. Asked me questions for about 8 minutes then asked if I had any questions. The interviewer was more junior than the role I was interviewing for and doubt if they had the expertise to do an interview for such a role.
