Interview
One of the more rigorous interview processes I've been through, but achievable and seemingly intended not to quiz the candidate but rather to assess comprehension, analytical ability, problem-solving, etc.
The recruiter prepared me for each round so I was never caught off guard by or unprepared for any of the questions.
Rounds: 1) Recruiter screen 2) Hiring Manager interview 3) 3-part take-home assignment/phone call to present and obtain feedback 4) Recruiter prep for final 5) Final (4 30-45 min interviews)
Important to obtain as many details as possible about the role in the first two interviews because later rounds are more structured with little time left to discuss.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Recruiter prepares you for kinds of questions you'll receive in final round. In earlier rounds, perhaps be prepared to discuss projects you've worked on or how you handle customer situations, pipeline management, working with your manager & peers, etc.
lengthy but personal and robust. many rounds with very intelligent people. HR point of contact was phenomenal. I really enjoyed the experience. Study up for each round as they are not typical interviews that you may be used to.
