Extremely long - 12 interviews and one written interview. Everyone felt like robots reading from a HR script was boring to answer and hard to get to know people. I declined the offer as I was bored and exhausted by the 12th interview, which was a final chat with a global head of internal audit. For a fintech company, they have a very bureaucratic interview set up
