I applied online via LinkedIn. TA reached out to me for a phone screen and afterwards I was scheduled for a 1st round consisting of 2 interviews: a 'code comprehension' exercise (45 mins) and a behavioural portion (30 mins). After which I was feeling pretty good, and got scheduled for the final round which was FIVE separate interviews at least 45 mins each. I guess it was supposed to be a virtual onsite thing. Each of the 5 interviews covered different aspects, situational/behavioural and a couple more technical exercises. Thankfully all the technical portions mimic'd real work and were not leetcode stuff.
The TA shared as much details as they could to help me prepare for each interview and were very transparent about feedback, and also tried their best to accommodate all the schedules since there were so many interviews. Each of the panel were also quite easy going and even encouraging so even though this was probably the most rigorous interview process I've went thru in my career so far yet it was all for naught, at least the experience was positive
