Interview
I had a phone interview today with Shauna, and the more I learn about the company and the role, the more excited I am about the opportunity. Shauna was warm, open, and transparent—she clearly explained the pay scale and gave a solid overview of the position. I really appreciated her suggestion to update my resume to highlight my military experience, which showed she was genuinely interested in helping strengthen my application.
She answered all of my questions thoughtfully, and the conversation felt natural and unhurried. I also respected her honesty in letting me know which questions would be better suited for the hiring manager. By the end of the interview, I had a clear understanding of what to expect next in the process.
The company also stands out for providing an application status page, which helps ease some of the stress of waiting, and a detailed outline of the interview process—both of which echoed what Shauna explained during our call.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I'm genuinely looking forward to learning more about the company.
