Multi step interview process including a panel interview, individual interviews with management and Gallup psychological assessment which is the biggest hurdle before an offer is extended. The Gallup interview asks a variety of questions to illicit responses that are assessed and scored against what the company has established as the baseline. Bottom line, the results must show that you are a decisive self starter that makes accurate and informed decisions. The questions will seem silly and out of left field.
