I’m preparing for my second interview with the hiring manager. First phone interview went well. I was asked about my resume/experience, and tangible examples of exercising great customer service. My second interview has been postponed mulitiple times, and I’m not sure why. Prayer hands for my interview to finally happen as scheduled.

3-4 rounds - First interview with the recruiter, second interview with supervisor/team leads, 3/4 interview with a panel of people. Expect situational questions and answer with the STAR method. Everyone is super nice!

1st round phone screen- lasted about 30 minutes. Asked the basic tell me about yourself, why Stryker, and about 5-6 interview questions. Didn’t get an offer for the job but did lead me to a different interview in another department.
