I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker in Feb 2017
Interview
The recruiter was really nice and was great with communication. They had the first screening which is through an online platform. There are about 5 questions that are basic/behavioral (tell us about yourself, why stryker, why are you interested in ___). The gallup test is strange. It's a 60 minute rapid fire interview where the proctor is on a script. It's mostly yes/no questions and some will require explanations. If the proctor doesn't need an explanation, she will interrupt you and ask the next question. They said that these questions test fit, but some questions seemed random AF
Interview process was fine, first was with a talent person via phone call. It went well and they were pretty nice. Relataively long interview process in general though which you have to prepare for.
Three phone interviews then a Zoom. No follow up after the zoom. Process was lengthy (about 40 days) and never heard back even after several follow up emails. Phone calls were repetitive.

Question 1
How do you manage changes to your departamental budget?
Had an excellent first interview with HR. Was told I was moving to next level. Recruiter was very complimentary and excited to connect with hiring manager to book the next interview. Then crickets. Received an email 3-4 weeks later from a generic mailbox indicating they were looking at different candidates.
