I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Stryker (Denver, CO) in May 2015
Interview
Difficult. Multiple interviews, traveling required for for two of the five. Gallup interview is pretty stressful, but if you answer honestly it shouldnt be a problem if you are a competative person who isnt afraid to make stressful descisions. I made it to the group interviews, and was not offered the position. It was, however, a great experience. Knowing how few people make it that far in the process boosted my outlook.

Interview
Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
