I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Stryker (London, England) in May 2017
Interview
Applied via a recruitment agency. Initial phone interview, then a face to face interview with the regional manager. I then took the phone test where they fire questions at you - at this stage they are asking personality type questions and competency questions and looking for consistency. I then spent the day with one of their sales representatives to get an idea of the role. Following my field visit I had a final interview face to face and had to do a short presentation.
Overall a very positive experience and all the people I met or spoke to were very warm and friendly.
I applied online. I interviewed at Stryker in May 2026
Interview
I had only one interview with HR. In the interview, they asked me about my strengths and weaknesses, why I wanted to work at this company, and why I left my previous jobs. Also they said that candidates who passed this interview would have three more interviews.

Question 1
Work experience,
Strength and weakness,
Why do you want to work here?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stryker (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
