The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Denver, CO)
Interview
Call with hr followed by call with hiring manager. Take a Gallup personality interview then if you pass then move onto in person interview. Hiring manager showed up 20 minutes late to the interview claiming his calendar on his phone got erased and he forgot about the interview. Was called the next morning and was told that the hiring manager wanted to do lunch. That never happened even after continually following up. Was contacted by hr 2 months after interview and was told the position had been cancelled. Pretty poor leadership and execution
Interview process was fine, first was with a talent person via phone call. It went well and they were pretty nice. Relataively long interview process in general though which you have to prepare for.
Three phone interviews then a Zoom. No follow up after the zoom. Process was lengthy (about 40 days) and never heard back even after several follow up emails. Phone calls were repetitive.

Question 1
How do you manage changes to your departamental budget?
Had an excellent first interview with HR. Was told I was moving to next level. Recruiter was very complimentary and excited to connect with hiring manager to book the next interview. Then crickets. Received an email 3-4 weeks later from a generic mailbox indicating they were looking at different candidates.
