Very long process but it is rewarding and worth it. When you go through the process you begin with a phone interview with the recruiter. Then you have a phone interview with the territory manager, then you submit a video presentation to the territory manager, then you have a face to face interview with the general manager, then gallup interview, then ride along with another sales rep

Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
