Interview

Sat in with 7 engineers over a period of 4 hours and mostly got to discuss my experience with them. Most of the questions I got were not technical, actually none of them were. The only technical conversation were sparked by myself to demonstrate proficiency and interests.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stryker (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2019

Interview

I saw them at a job fair. Shortly afterwards, I received an email asking me to fill out a multiple choice online survey asking me some behavioral questions, I believe they were called "gallup questions". I got an on-campus interview from one of their recruiters. She was very friendly. We talked about resume items, no technical questions at this first interview at least.
