I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Kalamazoo, MI)
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter, set up an initial in person interview which was standard resume questions and past experience in sales. After I passed that interview, I was asked to come in and meet with other managers to do 2 role play scenes which they give you 48 hours in advance to prepare and study for. One is a negotiation and the other is a product pitch where they will give you feedback on how you did at presenting. Did not get the offer as there was an internal candidate that was lined up for the job and I did not overcome that.
Only negative is that all communications are done through the recruiter, and you will not hear from the hiring manager if you did not get the job.

Interview
I had only one interview with HR. In the interview, they asked me about my strengths and weaknesses, why I wanted to work at this company, and why I left my previous jobs. Also they said that candidates who passed this interview would have three more interviews.

Question 1
Work experience,
Strength and weakness,
Why do you want to work here?

Interview
Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
