I had an initial interview with a recruiter. My second interview was with a hiring manager, and then I had three additional interviews with different managers from the site. Overall it was a smooth process

Interview
After weeks of applying received a message from Stryker Talent Acquisition team for the interview process. It was went smooth. After a week no response. Personally approached the HR for next interview. Still no response.
Received an email for Hiring Manager interview and the interview process more around behavioral questions. I have been told from Hiring managers the HR shall contact you about the outcome. but HR never contacted me. i approached HR twice via Email and Linked in. Still no response.
Even I did messaged him via Linked In as I want to know my short comings and want to improve those areas. Still no response.
Applied for almost 25 vacancies (few are more suitable and few (relevant)). receiving rejection emails (automated ones) on the next day itself.
Please be kind enough to improvise your recruitment process. If have not had a time to generate a feedback at least email (not automated ones) for rejection.
Also I would like to know "will my CV going to be rejected forever for failing in the Hiring Manager round?
