4- Interview with direct manager and national manager.
You are able to speak with a human being throughout every step, very pleasant and professional.
Under performed in the fourth interview as I could not connect to the video meeting for half the allotted time, with audio only. Microsoft teams is used, browser version does not work, and do not use your student email from university as it is linked with an organisation and will mess with your access and ruin your interview. Did not have this issue prior hence my false assumptions. Please learn from my mistake and utilise HR's offer to test the video call before the interview date.

The interview process was professional and well structured. It involved an initial screening call followed by a more detailed interview about my background, technical skills, customer service experience, and interest in the role. The team explained the position clearly and gave me time to ask questions.

It was fine bit nervous 2nd time ever had the experience a phone interview introduce one another had a few questions then quick 10 questions and closed off any questions
Easy interview and fairly basic in terms of field service questions. Many different steps however from start to finish. May take a month or so if they are not in a hurry. Salary expectations extremely low however and they are not willing to work with you.
