The process is very long, but for a reason. First, it's with the recruiter, she was so awesome and asked behavioral questions. Second, was the Gallup. This was pretty stressful just because everything was computer generated and the person constructing the interview couldn't interact and engage with you. I honestly thought I did terrible just because I am always hard on myself, but ended up passing! I was so excited! Last round was the best, just because it's with people you would be working with. I had 3 back to back interviews for 30 minutes each. Everyone I talked to was so amazing and it made me want to work for Stryker more. Love this company and the people!!- still waiting to hear back if I got it or not, usually it takes about a week, so fingers crossed!
