Applied through Stryker website and set up a time with the recruiter. I was well prepared and asked a half day off for my current company for this interview, but the recruiter cancelled the interview 40 minutes prior the interview starts due to his/her schedule conflicts.
What an unprofessional HR and waste of my time.
