The interview process was a few steps. The first is a short 30-minute interview, Gallup evaluation after, and then a final full-day interview with many different hiring managers/current employees. Everyone was very helpful and transparent throughout the process. I interviewed with a couple of different organizations around the same time and Stryker was by far the most organized and professional. They prioritize making sure that you are a good fit for the organization.
