The interview process was long but smooth. In the first round,there was a telephone call with the recruiter where she went through my resume in detail and asked me questions about it. The questions were also related to my motivation for this job, understanding of the challenges etc. It was mostly in German but I could speak in English in between (The position was in Germany). The best round was with the technical team where it was mostly technical. The 3rd round was. Gallup interview and the last round was with the Director and the hiring manager. The whole interview process took 30-40 days. There was a gap of 1-2 weeks between the rounds. The result of each round was conveyed soon after each interview. The interviewers asked some probing questions but we're friendly and encouraging.
