Was contacted by a recruiter for an iOS developer position in a subdivision Stryker just purchased in Menlo Park, seems interesting, so set up a time to talk with the director of engineering. First time, the interviewer simply no show. Chatted with the recruiter, the recruiter apologized and said to make sure to double confirm with the interviewer. Set up another slot, received multiple confirmation emails about 1 day and 1 hour respectively before the interview. Then 3 minutes before the interview is supposed to start, guess what, I received another notice that the interview has been cancelled, and I need to book another time slot. The interviewer did this twice in a roll, no explanation, no apology. He showed total no respect to other's time. And it also showed poorly on the company, I am just curious as to how his manager thinks of his behavior. I decided I had enough with this company, not going further with it any more.
